Alina Matkarimova is the President of the Student Government Association at Penn State Abington. Alina is currently a senior, double majoring in Finance and Accounting. She aims to strengthen the connection between students and faculty, ensure that student voices are always heard, and address the challenges students face both inside and outside the classroom. Her mission is to foster a supportive and responsive campus environment where all students feel seen, valued, and empowered.

Jonathan is the Vice President of the Student Government Association at Penn State Abington. He is a third-year Computer Science major with a passion for supporting student life on campus. This year, Jonathan’s goal is to help student organizations thrive by providing the guidance and resources they need to succeed. He is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community for all students. Outside of SGA, Jonathan enjoys playing the guitar and staying active through soccer.

Catherine Sara George is the Treasurer of the Student Government Association at Penn State Abington. Catherine is currently a junior, majoring in Accounting. One thing she looks forward to this year is working with a great team to bring student ideas to life and create a more connected, supportive campus community. She aims to help make student government more open and approachable by improving communication, supporting student-led ideas, and making sure everyone feels heard and included in the decisions we make

Zoeh John is the secretary for the Student Government Association at Penn State Abington. She is currently a senior, majoring in Psychological and Social Sciences! As secretary for the Student Government Association, she wants to ensure students’ voices are heard by keeping communication open and easily available. Her goal is to serve the student body by making information accessible and supporting initiatives that directly benefit their campus experience. Fun Fact: She works as SEAL Ambassador for Penn State Abington, so never hesitate to go say hi!
